Undercoating agent to protect substrates
PTA aqueous solution is amorphous. It does not have any photocatalytic function as it is. It has high ability to form film. The film formed is very fine, and functions as a protection layer for an organic substrate and as an inorganic base coat. When the film is dried completely, it will not be dissolved with water. By heated to more than 250℃, it is crystallized into anatase, then, it exercise its function as photocatalyst. In addition, the film formed is very strong, more than 9H of the pencil hardness.

TO sol will work as photocatalyst only by applied and dried. It is used for substrate of resin and metal. However, it has weak adhesive power, therefore, it is suitable for the substrates which surfaces are porous or contactless.
TPX sol is mixed solution of PTA and TO sol. At room temperature, a film coated by TPX shows effects of photocatalytic, and adequate adhesiveness (2H-5H). It is suitable to apply it to substrates, which cannot be treated with heat, and to existing structures. The film formed after application will not be dissolved with water. Effects of photocatalyst and hardness of the film can be increased when it is heated within the permissible high temperature of the substrate.

It is designed to improve the hydrophilic property. By mixed with the special water-holding substance, it gains high hydrophilic power without lowering the effects of photocatalyst. This is neutral, so it can be applied to various substrates. It is dried in room temperature, them it shows the effects of photocatalyst and adequate adhesiveness.
It was developed for the substrate, which surface is flat and smooth, and for which design is very important, such as glass. The film formed is clear, strong and very hydrophile.

It is designed to improve the power to decompose gases. Since the function to absorb poisonous gases was improved, this photocatalyst can effectively exercise the function of decomposing gases.The absorbent substance works to collect gases in air and absorbed to the substance. These gases are decomposed in the photocatalysis of TPX.
It was reported that the traditional coating agents of peroxotitanium reacts to a visible light. This property is improved well. It exercises the function of photocatalyst in rooms inside with fluorescence light and light from outside

In the past it was difficult to remove hydrophobic VOCs (aromatic hydrocarbons, such as toluene), which are substances responsible for sick house syndromes. This product is an entirely new type of the coating agent, which purpose is to remove these VOCs. It is multipurpose coating agent, which removes both of hydrophile and hydrophobic VOCs.
With fluorescent light and natural light, it provides superior performance of photocatalyst. It is very effective to eliminate odors and VOC in a room.
